Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 30, 2026

This Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies only to consumer health data processed by Speedy Staffers LLC (“Speedy Staffers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the extent the Washington My Health My Data Act or similar consumer health data law applies.

This policy does not apply to Protected Health Information that Speedy Staffers processes as a Business Associate under a Business Associate Agreement. PHI is handled under the applicable Business Associate Agreement and HIPAA workflow.

1. Consumer Health Data We May Collect

Depending on your relationship with Speedy Staffers and the Services you use, consumer health data may include:

(a) health-related credentialing documents, immunization records, TB tests, vaccination records, training records, or health-screening documents submitted by Professionals;
(b) license, certification, competency, sanctions, exclusions, and healthcare eligibility information;
(c) location or visit verification information that may reveal an attempt to receive or provide healthcare services;
(d) communications with Speedy Staffers about health-related credentialing, patient safety, or assignments;
(e) inferences derived from the information above where regulated as consumer health data; and
(f) other information treated as consumer health data by applicable law.

2. Sources

We may collect consumer health data from you, Customers, Clients, facilities, credentialing vendors, background-check vendors, licensing bodies, exclusion-screening sources, public sources, support communications, and Platform activity.

3. Purposes

We may collect, use, and disclose consumer health data for:

(a) professional onboarding and credentialing support;
(b) assignment eligibility;
(c) identity, license, certification, sanctions, and exclusion screening;
(d) visit verification, attendance, and fraud prevention;
(e) customer review and compliance;
(f) patient safety and incident response;
(g) payment, billing, tax, and audit workflows;
(h) legal and regulatory compliance;
(i) security and fraud prevention; and
(j) other purposes disclosed at collection or permitted by law.

4. Categories of Recipients

We may disclose consumer health data to Customers, Clients, authorized facility representatives, credentialing vendors, background-check vendors, identity verification vendors, hosting and infrastructure providers, security and monitoring vendors, payment and payout providers, legal and compliance advisors, regulators, law enforcement, courts, and other parties where permitted by law or with your consent.

5. Consumer Rights

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request to access, confirm, delete, withdraw consent for, or receive information about our collection, use, or disclosure of consumer health data. You may submit a request by contacting privacy@speedystaffers.com.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. If your request relates to PHI controlled by a healthcare Customer or Client, we may refer you to that Customer or Client.

Where consent is required, we will obtain consent before collecting, using, or disclosing consumer health data for the applicable purpose. You may withdraw consent where required by law by contacting privacy@speedystaffers.com or using available Platform controls.

Withdrawal may limit your ability to use features that require the information, but it will not affect payment for services already performed and otherwise payable under applicable law.

7. Geofencing

Speedy Staffers does not use geofencing within 2,000 feet of an in-person healthcare facility in Washington to identify or track consumers, collect consumer health data, or send notifications or advertising. Where location verification is needed in Washington, Speedy Staffers will use alternatives such as QR code, NFC, Client confirmation, coarse non-geofenced location, or other legally permitted verification methods.
